This recipe is so quick and easy… less is more.
Ingredients:
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 8 to 12 slices of streaky bacon
- Olive oil
- 8 Sage leaves – optional
Method:
- Pre heat the oven to 180°C.
- Wrap the chicken breasts in bacon, place in an oven proof dish or enamel bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil, place sage leave on top, if using.
- Bake for 25 to 30 mins
- Serve with fresh green salad and pan fried mushrooms.
